Low Carb, Gluten Free - Taste Good and Satisfying…I love to bake, and I felt a bit depressed when I switched to gluten free/low carb...I did reading and extensive searching and found that I can still eat my favorite foods, just prepared with different ingredients. I am growing to like the bread - it requires taste adjustment - as it is not the same texture I like. (working on this)
I have come familiar with Erythritol and Xylitol (I read some fuss on this.. But sugar is worse, in my opinion)

I found on the internet - “Cleochatra’s Ultimate Cheesecake - Your Lighter Side” I followed the recipe as it is stated,,, It is a Keeper!! I have lost a size and 12 pounds in 4 weeks - Not bad as a benefit to monitor my blood sugar and Gluten - And I get the Cake too!
